Sitting Up Straight

Titus is now sitting on his own. He started when we got back to Florida after Christmas, but he was a little unsteady. Now he is sitting like a pro! I still always keep something (his Boppy usually) behind him just in case. It is incredible to see the changes in him. He is really growing up quickly. It makes me sad that you all don't get to share in these milestones, but I do hope that seeing pictures helps!

Big Boy

I can't believe that Titus is 6 months old! He is now sitting up and scooting around the floor. It is amazing to look back at his baby pictures and see how he's grown. I've heard it said that babies get more fun as they get older and I have found that to be true! We are enjoying Titus so much. He is a great little guy.

Art Fair at the Beach

Today we went to an art fair at Deerfield Beach. It was much like the craft show at Hollywood Beach that we took Mom-Mom to last weekend. The tents were set up along the beachwalk. I took some pictures today so that you can get a feel for the area. This is the walkway where I go occasionally with Titus. It is a one mile stretch along with beach. It is also the only beach we've gone to since we moved here. It is about 10 minutes from our house.

Mom-Mom Goes to Hollywood

On Saturday we went to Hollywood, FL for a craft fair. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the beach while "shopping." The vendors were set up along the beach walk. It was neat to see the kinds of crafts that are popular down here.

Mom-Mom's Visit

We are happy to have Steve's mom here with us this week. She flew in on Wednesday morning and will be with us until Tuesday night. Yesterday we went to meet Steve at school for lunch and to introduce her to some of the staff. At the Grill...a restaurant at the school which is open to the students and teachers as well as the public.

A Day Off

This week at school the kids are taking their mid terms. Today Steve wasn't scheduled to give any tests so they told him to take the day off and go to the beach. Well, you don't have to tell us twice! It was so great to have an extra family day this week!

Pooltime

My sister had this pool floaty for her son Jackson and thought Titus would like it...he loves it! He can now float around like a big guy.

Christmas Vacation

We are back in Florida now after spending two wonderful weeks in Pennsylvania. It was so good to be back with our family and friends. We are enjoying many aspects of living in Florida...the beautiful area, the warm weather, the diversity, the church, the school...BUT...our family is not here with us. It is difficult to live so far from them all and it was so special to be able to spend two weeks with them over Christmas.
