So we rented a family safari cycle!
It was the best way to get around the zoo, especially being there so early and not having crowds to fight our way through. We started out with Titus strapped in between the two of us, but quickly found out that he got a much better view from up front. He loved it and Steve and I just laughed and laughed at the picture we made driving through the zoo.

Titus still has his favorite elephant blanket. In my attempt to get him to learn Spanish (which never really happened due to the fact that I don't know Spanish) I started calling the blanket "elefante." He then turned that into "Fanti." When we got to the elephants he called out, "Fanti!"
He started sucking his thumb...not sure why, he never has before and he hasn't done it since.
Speed limit for the cycles
Throughout the zoo there were water play areas. We decided to let Titus get out and run since he had been riding for most of the trip. It was a great area for him. When we first stopped he was the only one there and Steve and I were surprised that he really got into it. But that was nothing compared to later when three older boys came. He copied everything they did! By the time we left he was soaked through and though.
On our way out...he was saying, "Awwww." He does this regularly now with his animal toys. He'll go up to one and say, "Hug" and then follow that with this face and "Awww."
